Markdown source files live at the repo root. rake build runs pandoc with tools/template.html + tools/style.css to produce Web/*.html. rake publish deploys Web/ to Cloudflare Pages via wrangler. The Itinerary.md page is regenerated from calendar/itinerary.py on every build.
